I tried, but I cant figure out this app

No documentation, no help function, no workee. I couldnt get the highlighted area to go to any other app where I could use it.

This and the other app (Effects Studio) I downloaded this week via Starbucks were awful. Both were poor quality and useless. After all the useful apps Ive gotten from Starbucks in the past, these are really disappointing.
